REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind. However if the item is faulty, you are entitled to a refund, exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it with tags still attached. If you received a faulty item please contact our customer service team at admin@solestompaz.com.au with your order number, details and photos of the defect.
For all returns, Solestompaz will not be responsible for covering any shipping or handling costs and all charges must be paid by the customer. We will not be liable for any items that become lost or damaged during transit when you are returning your item so we recommend using registered post.
When we receive the returned item/s we will inspect them and if deemed appropriate, provide you with a replacement, store credit or refund via your original method of payment. We will notify you via email within 5 days of receiving the products.
Please Note: 3D motion window car stickers are non-refundable.
